Founder and CEO at NextON Services, Naim Qadar is an online research veteran. His success story is built on experience and understanding of the opinions of target audiences. His work with leading market research providers: uSamp, Springboard Research, Greenfield Online and others, has fostered meaningful engagement with individuals across communities and geographies.

Now based in Dubai, UAE, Naim leads business development, client relations and overall operations for NextON Services. He is a Graduate in Statistics (Hons) and holds an MBA in Marketing (Major) & IT (Minor).

Saurabh K

SVP, Sales & Operations

Saurabh has over 12 years of experience in market research. He worked with uSamp (acquired by Dynata), a US-based market research provider, before joining NextON Services.

Now based in New Delhi, he leads business development, client relations and overall operations. Saurabh is a Graduate in Computer Science and holds an MBA in Marketing & Human Resource Management.

Afsar Ali is a technology strategist and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across technology consulting, business automation, data analytics and enterprise software. He has designed and delivered AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, business intelligence platforms and cloud applications for industries including market research, hospitality, healthcare and customer experience.

As CTO & Head of Emerging Technologies, Afsar leads NextON Services' technology vision, innovation roadmap and digital transformation initiatives — helping global clients apply AI, intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock new revenue streams.
